Remove & label
£10 s/m

  • Investigate the cause and advise accordingly
  • Remove damaged floor blocks
  • Label and numerate all floor blocks removed
  • Clean under the floor
  • Clean the floor blocks

Apply compatible compound
£5 s/m

  • Scrapping or buffing to remove the material underneath the floor blocks
  • Clean the removed material
  • Apply compatible compound

Fit back old floor
£25 s/m

Sanding engineering floor
£15 s/m

  • Use special abrasive for engineered floors to clean the previous substrates of lacquers
  • Use a smooth abrasive to give the appropriate finish

Sanding parquet floor
£20 s/m

  • Asses the situation to see which direction the floor sanding machine needs to start from
  • After the floor is cleaned once or twice with a rough granulation will need to be sanded repeatedly until a fine smooth floor is achieved

2 applications of filler
£5 s/m

  • Vacuum the floor from old dust between the floor blocks
  • Apply first layer of filler to ensure that small gaps are covered
  • Apply second layer to ensure that larger gaps are covered as well
  • On large gaps it might be needed a third layer

Oil finish
£5 s/m

  • Prepare floor for first coat of oil
  • Apply oil and leave for one or two hours depending on room ventilation
  • Apply second coat of oil

Lacquer finish
£7 s/m

  • Apply Primer to intensify wood color and also give extra protection to your floor
  • Wait for around 30 min depending on room ventilation
  • Apply first layer of lacquer and leave around one or two hours depending on room ventilation
  • Buffing the first layer with light abrasives to give the floor a smooth touch
  • Cleaning the floor with a Bona T-pad to ensure all fine particles are removed
  • Apply second layer which will be ready for use for light traffic in 2 hours and for its full use from 12 hours depending on what Bona lacquer you choose

Staining one-colour finish
£11 s/m

  • Because a even more smother finish is required we are sanding with an extra finish abrasive
  • For the same reason mentioned above we also continue buffing with extra fine abrasives
  • Apply color with buffing machine or with special trowel
  • It will then be left for 20 minutes and clean with cotton cloth the excess
  • We'll wait for minimum of 8 hours before applying oil finish
  • Apply first coat of oil
  • We'll wait for 1 or 2 hours depending on room ventilation before applying second oil cover
  • Or option 7 varnishing can be applied

Staining in two colour effect finish
£14 s/m

  • Because a even more smother finish is required we are sanding with an extra finish abrasive
  • For the same reason mentioned above we also continue buffing with extra fine abrasives
  • Prepare floor first coat of color
  • Apply Bona rich tone for 2 colors effect
  • Use buffing machine or by hand depending on desired effect
  • Prepare floor for second color cover
  • Apply color with buffing machine or with special trowel
  • It will then be left for 20 minutes and clean with cotton cloth the excess
  • We'll wait for minimum of 8 hours before applying oil finish
  • Apply first coat of oil
  • We'll wait for 1 or 2 hours depending on room ventilation before applying second oil cover
  • Or option 7 varnishing can be applied instead of oil protection

Refresh your floor
£10 s/m

  • Empty room of furniture if needed
  • Buffing the floor using fine abrasives
  • Apply fresh coat of lacquer or oil
